Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Centers open 7 days per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, part-time also available
• Flexible scheduling across multiple sites

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
