Practice Manager - Multi-Site Operations

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics in Braselton, Hamilton Ridge and Duluth. This role leads day-to-day operations across 3–5 sites with full accountability for performance, staff, and patient experience, requiring strong on-site presence and frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site clinic operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality care
• Drive performance across key metrics (volume, revenue, utilization, patient experience)
• Manage and develop teams, promoting accountability and improvement
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and payroll to optimize operations
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and patient experience
• Maintain strong on-site presence with frequent travel (~90%); expected to support clinics as needed and visit each site at least weekly

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 - $100,000 with 10-20% bonus based on clinic performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of people leadership experience (healthcare setting strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and lead high-performing teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with payroll processes, staff scheduling, and operational workflows
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards, with the ability to enforce compliance
• Preferred: Medical Assistant or clinical background
