Pediatric Physician – Outpatient Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our well-established practice serving communities across Central and Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and community impact.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while participating in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5-day work week
• Every other Saturday rotation
• One weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $190,000 – $210,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
