Registered Dietitian - Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team in Stockton, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nutrition care to a geriatric population, with an emphasis on chronic disease management and comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time, on-site 5 days per week initially
• Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (1–2 remote days/week) after onboarding and demonstrated competency

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Salary Range: $74,612 – $98,488 annually (based on experience) + annual bonus

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required (CDR accredited)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directing nutrition services in a healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience working with geriatric or frail/elderly populations
• Experience in chronic disease management strongly preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with seniors, families, and interdisciplinary teams
