Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team in Stockton, CA. This role is primarily center-based, with occasional home visits (no more than two days per week). The schedule allows providers to see approximately one patient per hour, supporting high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $35.87 – $45.00/hour based on experience
• 5% geographic differential on top of base pay
• Mileage reimbursement for home visits at the federal rate

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active California OTA license or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred
• Experience in outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings strongly preferred
• Pediatric-only experience will not be considered
• New grads considered if clinical rotations included older adult care
