We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, locums position offering a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $140+ per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibility)
- Care Model: Value-based care
- Patient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
- Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
- Spanish speaking required
- Potential Temp to Perm
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active New York State medical license or eligibility
- Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
