Temporary Multi-Site Clinic Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Float Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care to geriatric PACE participants across multiple clinic locations in the NYC area. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary teams, supporting various specialties as needed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and comfortable transitioning between different clinic settings. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Compensation:  $50.00-$60.00 Per Hour

Schedule:

·         Monday–Friday, full-time, no weekends or call requirements.

·         This is a temporary-to-permanent position.

·         RN will float between Bronx/Manhattan clinics; mileage reimbursement provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for geriatric PACE participants, including assessments, triage, and follow-up
• Support physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members in delivering comprehensive care
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and clinic protocols
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive health measures
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR
• Float between assigned clinic sites to meet staffing needs across departments
• Assist with clinical procedures, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as needed 

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York
• Nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or PACE/geriatric care setting
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, or other commonly spoken languages in the NYC area)
