Skin Artisans at Edina Plastic Surgery is a top-tier medspa known for delivering innovative aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare, and wellness solutions. We are currently seeking a full-time Cosmetic Assistant to join our growing team, supporting our Cosmetic Medicine Physician, Dr. Allison, across our three metro locations.

The Cosmetic Assistant will work in a dynamic, patient-centered role traveling to one clinic location per day. The assistant will provide hands-on clinical support during cosmetic procedures and manage tasks related to patient preparation, lab coordination, and treatment assistance.

 

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday

 

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Travel required between Edina (1 day/week), Minnetonka (2 days/week), and Woodbury (1 day/week), MN

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Travel to assigned clinic (Edina, Minnetonka, or Woodbury) to assist Dr. Allison
  • Support cosmetic treatments, including vaginal rejuvenation and PRP preparation
  • Perform blood draws and assist with injectable preparations
  • Enter lab orders and order BHRT medications
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
  • Provide patient education and ensure comfort during procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams for seamless care 

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

  •      High school diploma or equivalent
  •      Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or phlebotomy certification with blood draw experience
  •      2–5 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or clinical setting preferred
  •      Prior experience assisting in intimate or women's health procedures
  •      Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
  •      Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  •      Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
